Attack Tournaments upholds a “Stay to Play” policy. All teams participating in the event are encouraged to use the hotel blocks we have set up for you by visiting our hotel page. code of conduct

Coaches are expected to treat workers, spectators, athletes, and referees with respect. Coaches should demonstrate respect for the ability of opponents, the judgment of officials, and opposing coaches. They should maintain control and professionalism at all times, regardless of the situation. Any coach that is not following this code of conduct will be removed.

check in procedure

Coaches will sign-in at any gym prior to their first game of the weekend. They will receive a wristband once they have signed in. Two coaches may get wristbands per team.

ATTACK TOURNAMENTS

Spectators are expected to be respectful to anyone and everyone that is working or in attendance at any and every Attack Tournaments event. Spectators should demonstrate respect for the ability of opponents, the judgement of officials, and opposing coaches. Any spectator that is not following this code of conduct will be removed.

hotel policy

Attack Tournaments has a “Stay to Play” policy for any teams needing hotel stays. All teams participating in the event are asked to use the hotel blocks we have set up for the tournament as we have secured rooms in advance to ensure team rates in hotels near the gyms. If we do not fill these blocks, we risk hotels not partnering with our events in the future and teams not having rooms to stay due to other events in town. Please email us at Krissi@alliowaattack.com for more information. Any team that does not require hotel nights (ie - local teams), this policy does not apply to you.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be permitted if a team needs to be removed once a schedule has been worked on (1 week prior to the event start date). Prior to that time, we will allow full refunds.
